Nursing your baby. Nourishing them with your body. That sacred bond between the two of you. You imagined it would feel natural. Instinctive. The way your body was designed.
But now you're here. Exhausted, determined, and learning that even nature needs a little nurturing sometimes.

FIND YOUR WAY BACK TO EACH OTHER
She helped me through nursing struggles with my second baby, and was the reason I began looking into our family’s airway health... Amanda looks at the whole equation, not just one isolated issue. Not to mention, there was a lot of emotion tied into all of this and Amanda’s calming presence and regulated nervous system was a huge factor in my baby and I being able to have a successful breastfeeding journey. Highly recommend!
“Amanda changed the trajectory of my family’s health”
At just two weeks postpartum, my baby and I were struggling with lip and tongue ties, and I felt so overwhelmed. She took the time to educate me on what was really going on, explained everything in a way that made sense, and gave me thoughtful recommendations to help increase my milk supply. Her compassion and knowledge brought me so much peace and confidence during such a hard time. I’m forever grateful for her guidance and care.
"Amanda made me feel heard, understood, and cared for."
We went to Amanda when my baby boy was about 1 month old. We were told he had significant tongue tie that needed to be cut. We didn’t feel right about this so we looked into CFT and booked an appointment with Amanda. After only 2 sessions, we were breastfeeding with no pain anymore. She has an incredible gift!! Thanks to Amanda, we never revised his tongue tie and we are now 8 months strong still breastfeeding!! If you’re thinking about an appointment, do it!!
"After only 2 sessions, we were breastfeeding with no pain"
When my daughter was just a few weeks old, I noticed she strongly favored one side of her head and seemed very tight. Amanda's gentle approach helped release the tension, and she quickly regained full range of motion and moved much more comfortably. Amanda is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and patient. Her nurturing care put both me and my daughter at ease from the very beginning. I'm so grateful for the difference she made and would highly recommend her to any parent seeking support for their little one.
"We saw a remarkable difference in just two visits."
FROM MOTHERS WHO’VE BEEN EXACTLY WHERE YOU ARE...
I love supporting babies. But if I'm being honest, it's the mothers I'm most drawn to. Watching a woman find her footing in motherhood, trust her body again, and settle into the connection she always imagined—that's what this work is really about for me.
When I come to you, I come as someone who has sat where you're sitting. I'm there to support you and your baby's body, yes. But I'm also there to listen. To help you process what birth was like, to hold space for whatever you're carrying, and to remind you that what you're feeling makes complete sense.
I'm not just your bodywork practitioner. I'm a mother who gets it, a steady presence in your corner, and someone who genuinely cares how you're doing long after I've packed up and headed home.
Coming into your sacred space during those first tender weeks is something I never take for granted.
Our sessions are unhurried. You can stay in your pajamas, nurse in your own bed, and ask every question that's been keeping you up at night. I’ll also give you tools and guidance you can use between visits so you feel supported.
Your baby is holding tension from birth. Your body is carrying the weight of growing, birthing, and nourishing a new life. Through gentle bodywork for your baby and holistic lactation support for the mother, we support you both in releasing what’s been held, so your bodies can find their way back to each other. That support goes beyond the physical, through herbal recommendations, nourishment guidance, and someone who sits with you in the hard moments to help you feel less alone in this season.
When the body feels safe, posture opens, breath deepens, and feeding becomes what it was always meant to be—nourishing, connected, and calm.
Because milk doesn't flow in a stressed system. And mothers don't flourish in isolation.
And you exhale. You feel confident in your body's ability to nourish. Supported in your choices. Steady in your knowing. Like you're exactly where you're supposed to be.
When feeding finally flows, you'll feel it in your whole body
We honor your intuition, because you know your baby better than anyone else ever could. We listen deeply, move at your pace, and never dismiss what you've been sensing.
Feeding challenges often begin in the body, not just at the breast. We look at the cranium, jaw, diaphragm, and fascia, because everything is connected.
Your nervous system and your baby's are learning together. When your body feels safe and your nervous system settles, your baby mirrors that. That’s why we care for you too.
In those early postpartum weeks, leaving the house can feel impossible. We bring the support to your home, so you can receive care in your own space, on your own terms.

We don't accept insurance at this time, but we take HSA cards and provide superbills you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. We have found that families using health share programs have had success with reimbursement.
We provide education on tongue ties, support your baby's body before and after a release if you choose to pursue one, and never pressure you into a decision you're not ready to make.
Always. Whether you're working toward breastfeeding, navigating a transition to bottle feeding, or somewhere in between, we meet you exactly where you are. Our role is to support your body, your baby, and whatever feeding journey feels right for your family—without judgment, and without an agenda.
