You have a deep knowing that something is off.
The clicking sound during feeds. The way they arch away from the breast. The fists that stay clenched even in sleep. The startle that seems too big for their tiny body. The head that always turns to one side.
You see it. You feel it. And you trust what your body is telling you about theirs.
Babies often carry tension from pregnancy, birth, or the way their bodies have adapted to life outside the womb. That tension lives in the cranium, jaw, diaphragm, and fascia, and it shapes the way they move about the world—from how they latch, to how they breathe, and how they sleep.
When freedom of movement is restored, the body has space to nourish, settle, and grow the way it was always meant to.
She helped me through nursing struggles with my second baby, and was the reason I began looking into our family’s airway health... Amanda looks at the whole equation, not just one isolated issue. Not to mention, there was a lot of emotion tied into all of this and Amanda’s calming presence and regulated nervous system was a huge factor in my baby and I being able to have a successful breastfeeding journey. Highly recommend!
“Amanda changed the trajectory of my family’s health”
At just two weeks postpartum, my baby and I were struggling with lip and tongue ties, and I felt so overwhelmed. She took the time to educate me on what was really going on, explained everything in a way that made sense, and gave me thoughtful recommendations to help increase my milk supply. Her compassion and knowledge brought me so much peace and confidence during such a hard time. I’m forever grateful for her guidance and care.

We went to Amanda when my baby boy was about 1 month old. We were told he had significant tongue tie that needed to be cut. We didn’t feel right about this so we looked into CFT and booked an appointment with Amanda. After only 2 sessions, we were breastfeeding with no pain anymore. She has an incredible gift!! Thanks to Amanda, we never revised his tongue tie and we are now 8 months strong still breastfeeding!! If you’re thinking about an appointment, do it!!

When my daughter was just a few weeks old, I noticed she strongly favored one side of her head and seemed very tight. Amanda's gentle approach helped release the tension, and she quickly regained full range of motion and moved much more comfortably. Amanda is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and patient. Her nurturing care put both me and my daughter at ease from the very beginning. I'm so grateful for the difference she made and would highly recommend her to any parent seeking support for their little one.
"We saw a remarkable difference in just two visits."
FROM MOTHERS WHO’VE BEEN EXACTLY WHERE YOU ARE...
We always follow your baby's lead. We use light touch to assess and release tension in the cranium, jaw, diaphragm, and fascia while you hold them close. Most babies settle deeply, but you are always welcome to hold them, nurse them, and stay close the entire time.
Amanda specializes in craniosacral therapy and lactation support for newborns and babies. As a nurse, a mother, and someone who has navigated her own complicated breastfeeding journey, she brings a depth of understanding to every session that goes far beyond clinical training. Maddie supports babies through gentle bodywork that addresses the tension patterns shaping how they feed, sleep, and move. She knows what it feels like to sense something is off in your baby's body and the relief of finding someone who truly listens.
Get to know us
Your baby spent months curled in the womb, navigated the intensity of birth, and then landed in a world full of new sensations their nervous system has never experienced. That's a lot for a tiny body to process. Our work helps them metabolize all of that, so they can stop bracing and start simply being.
Their body softens. Sleep comes more easily. Movement feels freer. And the version of early motherhood you always imagined feels within reach.
They're tense, fussy, and difficult to soothe. You sense their little body is holding something more complex.
Whether it's latch difficulties, clicking, reflux, or colic, you can see your baby working harder than you expected.
The head that always turns to one side. The fists that stay clenched. The body that arches and never quite relaxes.
You're not looking for a quick fix. You want someone who looks at your baby's whole body and listens to what it is saying.
Feeding challenges, painful or shallow latch, tongue ties, colic, reflux, gas, constipation, sleep struggles, slow weight gain, head turning preference, tension from traumatic birth, and whole-body patterns affecting how your baby feeds, moves, and settles.
We see babies from birth. In fact, the earlier we can support the body, the more easily tension releases and the more quickly you'll notice shifts.
Every body is different. Some families notice shifts after one session, while others benefit from a few visits over the first weeks or months. We'll talk through what feels right during your first visit and never pressure you into more than you need.
Crying is communication, and we welcome it. We follow your baby's cues entirely, pausing and adjusting as needed. Nothing is ever forced, and you can hold, nurse, or soothe your baby at any point throughout the session.
We provide education on tongue ties, support your baby's body before and after a release if you choose to pursue one, and never pressure you into a decision you're not ready to make.
We actively collaborate with lactation consultants, midwives, chiropractors, and other aligned practitioners throughout the Dallas area. The best care happens when everyone is working together in service of your family.
First visits are 60 minutes, giving us time to understand your baby's history and begin gentle work. Follow-up sessions are typically 30 minutes, though longer options are available for families who need more time.
